Solid Jet Nozzles

SE Monitor Jet nozzles of excellent quality and performance are available for use with different sizes of Monitors. Ideal for projecting water over long distances, SE Jet nozzles have been designed to ensure maximum range performance, with minimum water dropout from the water jet. Available as per IS:8442 specified sizes, or designed to client flow requirements.

Jet / Spray Nozzles

SE Monitor Jet/Spray nozzles give the option of projecting the water in form of a hollow jet for distant reach or Spray for vapour dilution/ personal protection. These are available in sizes suitable for 63 and 75 NB monitors.

Super Stream Nozzles

SE Super Stream nozzles, are master stream nozzles, for use with water or premix foam solution and capable of producing jet for excellent reach, and spray for vapour dilution or personal protection. Finely machined and crafted, these nozzles are available in various capacities to suit different monitors. anodized Aluminium, G.M. or SS304. Large rubber bumber for mechanical protection. Convenient Swivel type inlet suitable for use with 2.5”, 3”, 4” or 6” size monitors.

Water & Foam Monitors

SE Water foam nozzles give the option of projecting water or secondary aspirated (also called unaspirated or non-aspirated) foam over long distances. Normal or primary aspirated foam cannot be projected over a long distance, and hence has limited range. SE Water Foam nozzles produce secondary aspirated foam, which typically have expansion ratios of around 1:3 to 1:4, and being more dense, this foam can be projected further as compared to normal foam. When properly used, these nozzles can be useful in tackling large flammable liquid fires. Convenient Swivel type inlet suitable for use with 2.5”, 3”, 4” and 6” size monitors. Supplied with matching Pickup tube and piercer.

Foam Barrels

SE Foam Barrels produce quality aspirated foam for application in many flammable liquid fires/ spills, and similar risks. These barrels are designed to give the desired expansion (typically 1:6 to 1:8), and proper mixing of the foam, to ensure a coherent foam stream of good reach. These are available as self inducing options with a PVC Pick-up tube and SS304 dip tube. Convenient Swivel type inlet suitable for use with 2.5”, 3” and 4” size monitors.

LX Foam Branches

SE Low Expansion Jet /Spray type Foam Branches give the operator the option of projecting foam in the form of a jet (to tackle fires from a distance) or Spray (for quick coverage of spills, etc). Ideal for use with AFFF in aircraft crash situations and areas where flammable liquid spill occurrences are likely. Available with nominal foam solution capacity of 450 lpm (FB 10X JS) at 7 bars pressure.

Short Branch

Different types of Firefighting branches and nozzles for various applications are manufactured by us. These are manufactured to strict quality standards and tested to ensure reliable performance. Provided with 63 mm Male Instantaneous Inlet, different Inlets and sizes can be provided on request.

The Short branch is still commonly used in most Fire Brigades as the basic Firefighting nozzle. This can be fitted with a choice of nozzles suitable to flow and operational requirement. Our Short branch is manufactured to Indian Standard IS: 903 and marked thus. Made from G.M. or SS304, Aluminium versions (non-ISI) also available.

Fog Nozzle

The Fog nozzle is ideal for fires that give out large amount of heat, and hence require extensive cooling. In the fog position, this branch creates very fine droplets i.e 'fog', greatly increasing the surface area, thus helping absorb maximum heat.

Hand Control

The Hand Control nozzle is used by many municipal and industrial Fire brigades for firefighting. It has an On-Off facility, at the same time a curtain type spray can be operated simultaneously with jet application.

Triple Purpose

The Triple purpose nozzle give the operator choice of three operations i.e. jet, spray and shut-off. Because of ease of operation, and limited back-thrust, it is fast replacing the standard short branch in the industrial sector.

Multipurpose

The Multipurpose (curtain) nozzle is popular throughout the world as the basic firefighting nozzle as it is low in weight, has lower flow rates, and a shut-off facility. An additional curtain facility gives the operator better protection from radiated heat.

Our Constant Flow Nozzle 'Unilite' ensures efficient water flow under varying pressure conditions. Aluminium alloy body and parts mean that the branch is light and easy to handle. Fast gaining popularity amongst industrial brigades. Flow range - 160 to 600 lpm, Pressure range - 3.5 to 7 kg/cm2.

Revolving Nozzle
